Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of CreatorsBrains, an analytics workspace for content creators and their teams, operated by CreatorsBrains ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Contact: admin@creatorsbrains.com.

1. The service

CreatorsBrains lets a creator connect their own social media accounts in read-only mode and displays the resulting statistics to the creator and to the team members they authorize. The service never publishes, modifies, or deletes content on connected accounts.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• A workspace belongs to the creator's organization. Roles and permissions inside a workspace are managed by its administrators.
• You may only connect social accounts that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to connect by their owner.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data of workspaces you don't belong to, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reselling extracted platform data, or using the service in violation of the terms of YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or applicable law. When you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Third-party platforms

Connected platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok) remain governed by their own terms and may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not responsible for such changes. We access them only with the read-only permissions you grant, which you can revoke at any time.

5. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Deleting your account or disconnecting a platform triggers the deletion described there.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may evolve features over time; if a change materially reduces the service, we will announce it in advance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
